Bok Choi is also called Chinese Cabbage, Bok, Pak Choi and Pak Choy.
It's sweeter tasting than traditional western style cabbages and typically has a few dark green leaves around the centre.
Out of the ground, Bok Choi can be used fresh or cooked as a side dish or as a topping for soups and stir-fries.
